Supplier Scorecard

Supplier Scorecard tells you which suppliers are actually performing — and feeds that judgment back into the platform's procurement decisions.

Supplier performance is the signal that should drive every replenishment, every PO placement, every escalation — but most organizations measure it only when an annual review forces them to. Supplier Scorecard runs continuously, scoring every supplier on the dimensions that matter (on-time-in-full delivery, quality acceptance rate, price stability, responsiveness to inquiries, commitment honoring rate) using your live ERP and inspection data.

The scorecard is the input the other agents use. Supply Planner weights supplier reliability when generating replenishment proposals. Procurement Agent honors tier-based authorization rules grounded in the same scores. Supply Assurance Agent adjusts its escalation aggressiveness based on a supplier's historical responsiveness. The scores aren't just for a quarterly QBR slide; they're the day-to-day signal the platform's autonomous behavior runs on.

Scorecard outputs are also surfaced for human consumption — a Storyboard for procurement leadership, an AI Briefing for monthly supplier reviews, and ad-hoc questions any AI Assistant user can ask ("which suppliers have slipped on OTIF this quarter?").

⚠ Detailed UI walkthrough pending capture against the staging platform. This page will expand with screenshots, the scoring-dimension configuration, the supplier-tier mapping derived from scores, and the audit trail of score changes once the surface is captured.
