Platform Overview
ConverSight is the Decision Intelligence Platform — built with an Agent-First architecture on a serverless, cloud-agnostic foundation. The platform is specialized for supply chain and extends natively into manufacturing, logistics, finance, and marketing. Every component is designed around a single operational loop: a signal is detected, Athena reasons across it, an action is taken, and the outcome is recorded. That loop runs continuously, across every team, every workflow, and every level of autonomy — on one platform, from one source of truth.
Platform Architecture
The diagram below illustrates how ConverSight's platform is structured — from the data sources that feed into it, through Athena's Decision Intelligence loop, to the execution layer where actions are recorded and outcomes feed back into continuous learning.
How the Four Modes Work Together
The four modes — Assistant, Automation, Co-Pilot, AI Employee — are not separate products. They are a progression that organizations adopt at their own pace, and they all run simultaneously on the same platform. Every interaction across the lower modes generates signal and context that improves the higher ones. The intelligence loop connects all four.
| Mode | Typical User | When to Use |
|---|---|---|
| Assistant | Any user — analyst, planner, manager | Need a fast answer, report, or quick action right now. |
| Automation | Operations manager, team lead, process owner | Recurring workflows that currently require manual steps. |
| Co-Pilot | Demand planner, S&OP analyst, supply planner | In an active planning session, building or refining analysis. |
| AI Employee | Supply chain director, COO, automation-first teams | Processes that should run continuously without human trigger. |
A demand planner's morning, across all four modes
A demand planner might start the morning in Assistant mode asking for yesterday's order intake. They shift to Co-Pilot to investigate an anomaly together with Athena — building a comparison view, layering on a 13-week rolling average, drilling into the SKUs that drove the variance. Meanwhile, an Automation they set up last week has already sent the weekly supply digest to leadership at 7am. And in the background, Athena-as-Employee has been monitoring coverage since 6am — it has already contacted two suppliers, updated SAP, and is waiting on one callback before closing the loop. By the time the planner walks into the morning standup, three quarters of the day's work is already done.
This is what compounding intelligence looks like in practice. Each mode reinforces the others: the Employee calls inform the Automation thresholds, the Co-Pilot sessions surface patterns that update the Assistant's responses, and every closed loop refines the model that the next signal flows through.
Time to Value — Deployed in Days, Not Months
One of the most consistent objections to enterprise AI platforms is implementation complexity. The promise of transformation is offset by the reality of 12-month deployment cycles, custom integration projects, and months of training before any value is delivered.
ConverSight deploys in days to weeks — not quarters. Pre-built ERP connectors, a governed semantic layer for supply chain, and ready-to-use Solution Apps mean your first Decision Board can be live within 2 weeks of kickoff.
| Timeline | Milestone | What Happens |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | ERP & data source connection | Pre-built connectors for SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, flat files, and APIs. No custom ETL required. |
| Week 1–2 | Semantic layer configuration | ConverSight maps your data to a governed supply chain semantic layer. Data quality checks and validation included. |
| Week 2 | First Decision Board live | Your team interacts with Athena in Assistant and Co-Pilot mode. Immediate value from day one of go-live. |
| Week 3–4 | Automation workflows configured | Recurring reports, alerts, and distributions set up. Teams stop doing manual exports. |
| Week 4+ | Agentic modes activated | Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning, and Supply Assurance apps deployed with guardrails configured for your organization. |
What makes fast deployment possible
- Pre-built connectors for all major ERP systems — no custom ETL
- Ready-to-use supply chain semantic layer — no data modeling from scratch
- Solution Apps pre-configured for demand, supply, and production planning
- Modular adoption — start with Assistant, expand to AI Employee at your pace
What you do NOT need to build
- Custom agent frameworks or LLM orchestration layers
- Bespoke data pipelines from ERP to AI layer
- Supply chain ontology or domain training data
- Guardrail and audit infrastructure from scratch
Security and Compliance
ConverSight is built to meet the governance and security requirements of enterprise supply chain operations — where AI is making and executing decisions across procurement, inventory, and supplier workflows at scale. Autonomy is always delegated, never assumed. Every autonomous capability is off by default.
- Monetary Thresholds: Actions below a configured monetary threshold are auto-approved. Actions at or above that threshold are automatically escalated for human review. Thresholds are configurable per organization.
- Domain Boundaries: Each agent operates strictly within its designated scope. A procurement agent cannot modify forecasts. A supply planning agent cannot initiate financial commitments outside its defined lane.
- Human Escalation: Critical decisions require explicit human approval before execution. Escalation thresholds are configurable per workflow, ensuring the right level of oversight is applied to the right decisions.
- Rollback Capability: Any action Athena takes can be undone. The platform supports full state reversal with no permanent side effects, giving organizations the confidence to delegate autonomy without irreversible risk.
- Audit Trails: Every decision is logged with the reasoning behind it, the data used, the confidence score at the time of execution, and the recorded outcome — providing a complete, traceable record across all levels of operation.
- Confidence Scoring: Athena continuously evaluates its own confidence in each decision. Low-confidence decisions automatically trigger human review before execution, ensuring autonomy is exercised only where the platform can act reliably.
The platform is certified SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, with AES-256 encryption and TLS 1.3 enforced throughout. It is deployable on AWS, Azure, or GCP — with private cloud and VPC options available for organizations with stricter data residency or air-gap requirements.
