Marketplace
Marketplace is the fastest path from connect-your-data to live workflows. ConverSight ships with the four pre-built agents and the AI Intelligence surfaces that cover the common supply chain patterns — but every organization has the workflows that need additional pre-built capability. Marketplace is the catalog where those packaged solutions live: industry-specific analytics suites, vertical-specific connectors, partner-authored agents, complete workflow packs that subscribe and activate in one click.
This is what production-ready-on-day-1 looks like in practice. Where a generic AI platform leaves the integration to you, ConverSight publishes the integration as a Marketplace solution that installs cleanly — connectors, subject areas, skills, Storyboards, and agents all wired together — and starts producing decision-grade output as soon as your data flows through. Time-to-value compresses from months of custom build to days of solution activation.
At a glance. All Your Business Solutions in One Place. Marketplace is the catalog where ConverSight ships its pre-built solutions — Sales Analytics, CRM Suite, Financial Analytics, Inventory Management, Part Activity, and dozens more — alongside partner-authored packs. Free and paid plans. Subscribed solutions show up on Launchpad and in the left rail; unsubscribed ones stay just a click away.

What it is
The Marketplace is the store front for ConverSight solutions. Where Launchpad shows what you've already got, Marketplace shows what's available. Each solution is a packaged bundle that installs cleanly into your workspace:
- Connectors — pre-wired data ingest from a specific source (QuickBooks, Katana, NetSuite, etc.).
- Subject areas — the semantic-layer model for the data the connector brings in.
- Skills — the analyses the solution comes with (forecasts, KPIs, anomaly detectors).
- Storyboards — pre-built boards using those skills.
- Agents — sometimes; for solutions that ship a workflow (e.g., a CRM auto-enrich agent).
A subscription wires all of those into your tenant in one click. Cancellation rolls them back cleanly (your custom edits stay; the bundle templates retire).

How a subscription wires in
- Click Subscribe on the solution detail.
- Confirm pricing + billing terms.
- The platform installs the bundle:
- Connector(s) added (you'll be prompted to authenticate the source — e.g., OAuth into QuickBooks).
- Subject area(s) appear in Data Studio → Semantic Layer.
- Skills appear in Skill Editor.
- Boards appear in Storyboard, grouped under the solution name.
- Agents (if any) appear in YOUR AI WORKFORCE on Home.
- The first sync runs.
- The solution becomes browsable on Launchpad.
The whole flow takes minutes for a typical solution — most of the wall time is the OAuth into the source system.
Common tasks
- Discover solutions — search by source name, by problem ("forecasting"), or browse a category.
- Try free first — many solutions ship a free version with a subset of skills/boards; subscribe to the paid for the full pack.
- Subscribe — one click; auth the source; wait for the first sync.
- Manage subscriptions — Settings → Subscriptions; see active subs, billing, seats.
- Cancel — keeps your custom edits, retires the bundle's templates.
- Author and publish to your Org — Agent Builders can package a custom solution and publish to the Org filter (visible only to your tenant).
- Submit a partner solution — partner program; published solutions reach all tenants.
Roles and who uses this most
| Role | How they use Marketplace |
|---|---|
| Tenant administrator | Subscribes to platform-wide solutions; authorizes paid plans |
| Data Analyst | Reviews bundles before subscribing — confirms they fit the existing semantic model |
| Business Analyst | Discovers analytics packs, FP&A bundles, and supplier / inventory bundles that match their reporting needs (CRM Suite, Financial Analytics, Order Hub, Inventory Management) |
| Data Engineer | Authors and publishes custom solutions for the Org filter |
Common gotchas
- Subscribe ≠ free trial. Read the pricing terms — some solutions have a free trial, some don't.
- OAuth scopes matter. When a connector requests broad scopes, review what it needs; some sources offer narrower scopes that work.
- Bundles can collide with custom work. If you've already authored a
customer_revenueskill and the bundle ships one with the same name, the bundle's version wins by default. Settings → Subscriptions → Conflicts shows you any. - Per-seat solutions need seat assignments. A $99/mo solution might be priced per active user — check Settings → Subscriptions → Seats.
- Cancellation is graceful but not silent. Cancellation pulls the bundle's templates; tiles you pinned from those boards will show as "source retired" until you re-pin from your own skills.
- Org-published solutions aren't reviewed by ConverSight. They're vetted by your own Data Analyst. Treat them like any internal package.
