Use cases

A how-to walks you through a single procedure. A use case walks you through a complete workflow — the signal that triggers it, the decisions Athena and the user make together, the actions taken across the platform and downstream systems, the outcomes captured back into the learning loop. Each use case crosses multiple features and shows how they combine into the everyday work of a real persona.

These pages follow the same workflow shape: cast, prereqs, walkthrough with screenshots, "what done looks like," variations, and troubleshooting. Use them as both reference (when adopting the platform) and inspiration (when designing your own org-specific workflows).

Supplier email loopThe flagship use case. Co-Pilot drafts a supplier email, the business analyst approves, the platform tracks the reply through to closure — end-to-end audit trail of an autonomous-ish workflow.Business Analyst

Designing your own use cases

The pattern these three follow is the same one your org will use when stringing the platform together: identify the signal that triggers work, decide what Athena should do on its own vs. with the user, configure the guardrails for autonomous steps, and capture outcomes back so the next cycle gets smarter.
