Connect Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is one of the pre-built ERP connectors that ship with ConverSight. This procedure registers the connection in Data Connectors, authenticates against your Sage tenant, and selects the tables to bring into ConverSight.
⚠ Procedure steps below need UI capture against the staging platform. The shape is in place; the actual click-paths and screenshots are TBD.
Before you start
- A ConverSight account with the Data Administrator role.
- Sage Intacct credentials with read access to the tables you want to register (sales orders, invoices, AR aging, GL, dimensions).
- Your Sage Intacct company ID.
- ~30 minutes for a focused first connection.
Steps
- Step one — what to click and what to see.
- Step two.
- Step three.
Verify
The connection appears in the Data Connectors list with a green status indicator and a row count against the tables you registered.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication fails | Wrong company ID, expired credentials | Reconfirm the company ID and user-role permissions in Sage |
| Connection green but zero rows | Tables registered are empty or inaccessible | Verify the Sage user role has read access to those tables |
| Some columns missing in the dataset | Column mapping not applied | Re-register the connector and select the columns explicitly |
