Sign in
Sign in is the front door to ConverSight. SSO is the default path; password fallback is available where SSO isn't configured.
⚠ Procedure steps below need UI capture against the staging platform. The shape (prereqs · steps · verify · troubleshooting · related) is in place; the actual click-paths and screenshots are TBD.
Before you start
- A ConverSight account, provisioned by your administrator.
- The sign-in URL for your organization (typically
academy.conversight.aior a custom domain). - If your org uses SSO: an active session in your identity provider.

Verify
You'll know it worked when the platform navigation rail appears on the left and your name shows in the top-right.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| SSO redirects in a loop | Stale session cookie in your IdP | Clear cookies for the IdP domain, retry |
| "Account not found" | User wasn't provisioned for this org | Ask your administrator to add you in Users & Roles |
| Password sign-in disabled | Your org enforces SSO-only | Use the SSO button instead; password is intentionally hidden |
